Slowspan

Affiliate Disclosure

Effective date: 15 October 2026

Slowspan carries no advertising and is paid for in one way only, described here in full.

The arrangement

Hidden Assets s.r.o., the publisher of this site, takes part in a paid affiliate programme for one game: Raid: Shadow Legends. The links to that game on this site are affiliate links. When a reader opens one, registers on the landing page it leads to, installs the game and launches the tutorial, the affiliate network that operates the link pays us a commission for that sign-up.

Three plain consequences follow, and they are the ones that matter to you.

Where the affiliate links appear

There are five, each with a line of disclosure immediately beside it: one on the homepage, and one each in Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 and Step 4. There are none in Step 5, on the checklists page, or on any legal page.

There are no banners, pop-ups, automatically inserted links or advertising networks anywhere on this site. Nothing moves and nothing counts down.

What decides the course content, and what does not

The commission does not decide what the five steps say. It does not decide which checklist items appear, what order the steps are in, or what the course recommends you do before installing anything — which is, repeatedly, to write things down, read the vendor's own terms, and set a spending limit of your own choosing before any shop is open.

What does decide the content is the structure described on the About page: five things a newcomer typically gets wrong, one step each, with every general statement either linked to the Australian body responsible for it or written as general guidance. Statements about a specific product are limited to what the vendor or the network states.

The commission does decide one thing, and we would rather say it than let you infer it: it is the reason this particular game is the one named in the course. We have not tested it, ranked it or compared it with alternatives, and the course makes no claim that it is any good. For an opinion on the game itself, the vendor's own pages are the starting point, read with the three-category method taught in Step 1.

What we are not

Slowspan is not an official site, a partner, a reseller or an authorised source for any game publisher. No publisher has written, reviewed, approved, sponsored or endorsed this course. Our only commercial relationship is with the affiliate network that operates the link.

All brand names on Slowspan, Raid: Shadow Legends among them, are the property of their owners. Except for the paid affiliate links described on our funding page, none of those owners is affiliated with Slowspan, and none has endorsed or sponsored it.

What happens to you when you click

Opening an affiliate link takes you off slowspan.online. From that point the publisher and the network may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains to record that the visit came from us, under their policies rather than ours. We receive commission reports, use them only to check that payments are right, and seek nothing in them that would identify a reader. This site itself sets no cookies and collects nothing, as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy describe.

Australian law

Misleading or deceptive conduct in trade is prohibited under the Australian Consumer Law, and that obligation falls on us as the publisher of a commercially funded site. This page exists to meet it in substance: a disclosure you can find, understand and check against what the site actually does. The ACCC publishes guidance on advertising and selling obligations, including online endorsements.

If you think anything on this site falls short of what is described here, write to info@slowspan.online and say which page. We would rather fix it than defend it.
