There is one way to reach us and it is email. This site has no contact form, no newsletter, no account and no chat window, which means nothing you send arrives in a database here — it arrives in a mailbox and is answered by a person.

Write to info@slowspan.online. Please name the page and, where you can, the sentence; it makes a correction far quicker to act on. If your message concerns privacy — access to information we hold, correction, or a complaint — put Privacy request in the subject line, which routes it to the right place and starts the 30-day response period described in the Privacy Policy.

What we can help with

• Corrections and factual errors in any of the five steps. These are the most useful messages we get.
• Links that have stopped working or now point somewhere unexpected.
• Passages that are unclear, assume knowledge the course has not explained, or use a term before defining it.
• Accessibility problems: a contrast that is hard to read, a control that cannot be reached with a keyboard, a page that prints badly.
• Questions about how this site is funded, beyond what the Affiliate Disclosure already says.
• Privacy requests and privacy complaints, as described in the Privacy Policy.

What we cannot help with

We are not any game publisher's support desk and have no access to anybody's game account. If you cannot log in, have been charged for something unexpected, want a refund, or need an account closed, the publisher of that game is the only party who can act, and their own support pages are where to start. We cannot pass a message on, escalate anything or look anything up on your behalf.

We also cannot give legal, financial or technical advice about your particular situation. The course is general information, as the Terms and Conditions say plainly. For consumer problems in Australia the ACCC publishes guidance on consumer guarantees and on raising a problem with a seller; for privacy matters the OAIC does the same; and suspected scams can be reported to Scamwatch.

How we handle what you send

Email is read by people working for Hidden Assets s.r.o. and is used only to reply to you. It is never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation unless they are needed for a legal claim, and anything you send that is not needed for the reply is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so. We answer most messages within a few working days, and privacy requests within 30 days. If you do not hear back, it is worth sending the message again rather than assuming it was ignored; mail does occasionally go astray.
